About

Hi, I'm Valeriya

I founded TaxEdge Advisors to give small business owners what larger companies already have: a finance person who keeps the books right every month and knows the numbers when tax season arrives.

I started as a staff accountant at a small accounting firm, managing the books for more than 40 client businesses at once. From there I moved into a controller role, responsible for a company's accounting from start to finish: closing the books every month, reconciling accounts, running payroll, managing cash flow, preparing financial statements and keeping tax filings on schedule. Both roles taught me how quickly small errors add up, and how much better owners decide when their numbers are reliable.

I'm an Authorized IRS e-file Provider and I'm currently preparing for the IRS Enrolled Agent exam. I work with clients nationwide, entirely remotely, and I keep my client list small so every business gets real attention.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you work with businesses outside Florida?

Yes. TaxEdge Advisors works with businesses in every state. Everything from onboarding to monthly reporting happens online.

My books are months behind. Can you help?

Yes. Catch-up and cleanup work is common. We bring your books current first, then keep them current every month.

Can you take over payroll from my current provider?

Yes. We can move your payroll mid-year and carry over year-to-date wages and tax filings, so your W-2s come out right.

What software do you use?

We work in QuickBooks Online. If you use something else, we'll talk through the best option on your first call.

Do you prepare the owner's personal return too?

Yes. We prepare your Form 1040 alongside your business return, so K-1 and Schedule C income carry over correctly.

How is pricing set?

Bookkeeping is a flat monthly fee based on transaction volume and number of accounts. Tax returns are quoted per return. You'll get a written proposal after your free call.
